Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, Uncommonly Male ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Uncommonly Male is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier disruptions
Holidays
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Events beyond our control
ORDER TRACKING
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Uncommonly Male is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement when appropriate.
