At Uncommonly Male, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of grooming products, we maintain the following policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Beard oils
Beard balms
Beard butters
Combs
Brushes
Other grooming products
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, email:

Your full name
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the shipping package
CLAIM REVIEW
Once we receive and review your claim, we may:
Replace the damaged item
Replace the incorrect item
Offer an alternative resolution at our discretion
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Opened products
Used products
Products purchased more than 7 days after delivery
Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
ALLERGIES AND SKIN SENSITIVITIES
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use.
Uncommonly Male is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse reactions resulting from product use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact Uncommonly Male first regarding any order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
